At M+R, I worked with a national union to update their podcast promotion strategy. Originally, the website landing page was outdated, lacking links to streaming platforms, an updated description, and promoted episodes. I outlined and helped implement updates to their landing page while our creative team was working on a full brand redesign. For the promotion strategy, we shifted from one-off episode promotions to a combined strategy of advertising the full podcast and promoting the most important individual episodes to highlight key themes central to the union's goals. I initiated two sponsorship packages with industry-relevant influencers, oversaw creative production, helped with copy development, and executed the buy across established social platforms and Spotify.
